SIA Vitol Terminal Latvia (VTL), formerly known as SIA “”Ventspils nafta” termināls” (VNT), has been one of the largest oil product transhipment terminals in Europe for over 60 years, with a total storage capacity of 1,196,000 m3.
Our strategic advantage is our location on the Baltic Sea coast, within the ice-free port of Ventspils, connecting the main energy markets in the east and west.
The terminal provides transhipment, storage, and blending of oil and petroleum products. Our infrastructure includes 106 shore tanks, as well as a vapour recovery unit, butanization facility, additive station, industrial wastewater pretreatment facility, connections to the main pipelines, and a network of roads and railways.
We provide added value and reliable services to our customers, as evidenced by our Authorized Economic Operator status. By adhering to AEO standards, we streamline our customs procedures, ensuring faster clearance and smoother transactions.
